Accounting Clerk /Admin Asst

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, energetic, professional, smart, with strong reception skills.

As an Admin Staff, you will be considered as the first point of contact whether in person or through phone. You will primarily be responsible for taking or making phone calls, assist our team with some administrative needs, data entry, filing and other duties as may be assigned to you.

As an accounting clerk, you will be responsible for the accounting needs of the organization including issuing & receiving Invoices, Purchase Orders, work orders, data entry into Quickbooks etc.

Will work closely with the entire team of the company.

Ideal attributes:
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional work attitude
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or experience with a computerized system of accounting is considered an asset.
- Can write business correspondence
- Knowledge of basic accounting is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS Publisher)
- Understanding and/or experience with a construction industry is considered an asset
- Reliable

Qualifications:
- 6-12 months accounting experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations)
- Business Admin Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or any computerizes Software
- Good business correspondence skill
- Knowledgeable in a computerized work environment (Internet, MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Pubisher)

Heavy Equipment Operators

Skills Required:
- Operate Heavy Equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, excavators and graders to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction and related activities.
- Operate heavy equipment to move load and unload cargo
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks.
- Ensure proper and safe storage of equipment
- Is expected to operate all equipment in a safe and highly efficient manner.

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years experience
- With Heavy Equipment Trade Certification
